What is settled before you book a flight
Everything up to the treatment happens remotely. You send your records, our medical team reviews them, and you receive a written treatment plan to read at home. Only once you have decided to go ahead do we fix your clinic dates — and only then does booking travel make sense.

Travel documents and insurance
Visa, passport and transit requirements differ by nationality and route and can change, so check them with official Turkish government or consular sources and with your airline. Confirm with your insurer what your policy covers for planned treatment abroad. If you need a letter confirming your appointment, ask us and we will prepare one — though an appointment letter is not itself an immigration decision.

We are on Bağdat Caddesi in Suadiye, on the Asian side of Istanbul. Use the address below when you choose accommodation and plan your journey. Istanbul traffic varies a great deal by time of day, so confirm your transfer timing with our patient coordination team rather than working from an online estimate.

Your treatment plan prices the clinical care we provide: the product, the procedure, the assessment, the monitoring and your follow-up. How long will I be in Istanbul?
It depends on the treatment in your plan, the assessment beforehand and the monitoring afterwards. Our patient coordination team confirms your clinic dates and the days to keep free before you book flights, so you can build the trip around them.
Do I need a visa to come to Turkey for treatment?
That depends on your passport and route, so check official Turkish government sources and your airline before booking. If you need a letter confirming your appointment for an application, ask our patient coordination team and we will prepare one.
Which Istanbul airport should I fly into?
Sabiha Gökçen Airport is on the Asian side of Istanbul, the same side as our clinic in Kadıköy. Istanbul Airport is on the European side. Tell us your preferred arrival time and we will say which makes the shorter journey to your appointment.
Do you arrange accommodation and transfers?
Flights, accommodation and local transport stay with you. What we provide is the confirmed schedule and the full clinic address early enough for you to book somewhere convenient, and a contact who will tell you straight away if anything changes.
Can someone travel with me?
Yes, and many patients bring a companion. Tell us in advance so we can plan your clinic days around them, and let us know about any accessibility or mobility needs before you travel.
Can I see something of Istanbul while I am here?
Many patients do, and your schedule usually leaves room. Ask our medical team first, because some treatments come with advice about rest or activity in the days that follow, and keep bookings flexible until your clinic dates are fixed.
What happens after I fly home?
You leave with your treatment and product records and a follow-up plan. We review progress at the points your plan sets out, you have a direct contact for questions, and we share records with your own clinician where you would like us to.
