Treatment at our clinic in Istanbul
The international patient journey
Every treatment starts remotely. You send your medical information from home, our medical team reviews it, and nothing is scheduled until the plan, the dates and the pricing are agreed in writing.

Your diagnosis, recent reports, imaging, laboratory results, medication list and your goals give our medical team the starting point.
Recent specialist reports, imaging summaries, laboratory results, a medication list, procedure notes and a short medical history. Anything missing can be added later.
We read your records against your diagnosis, your history and the care you already receive, and we may ask for more information.
Your diagnosis and its stage, previous treatment, current medication, general health and anything that would make a regenerative medicine treatment unsuitable for you.
Our medical team explains the options that may fit your case: the biological material, how it would be given and what the plan would aim to support.
The cell or exosome material selected for you, the administration route, the number of sessions, the clinic days involved and the monitoring around treatment.
You receive the plan, the proposed dates and the pricing in writing, with time to ask questions before you decide anything.
Pricing follows the medical review rather than preceding it. The estimate sets out what your plan includes, so no decision rests on an unclear figure.
Once you decide to go ahead, our patient coordination team helps you fix dates and plan your stay around your treatment days.
After your plan, schedule and pricing are confirmed in writing. Our patient coordination team will tell you how many days to allow in Istanbul.
You are seen in person at our clinic in Istanbul. The proposed plan is confirmed against that assessment before treatment begins.
Yes. The in-person assessment comes first, and the plan is confirmed, adjusted or reconsidered in light of what it shows.
You go home with written instructions for the period after treatment, and our medical team stays reachable for follow-up questions.
You have a point of contact for follow-up, and your treatment is planned alongside the care you already receive from your own doctors.
The science, in plain language
Regenerative medicine works mainly through biological signalling rather than replacement, and that is worth understanding before you decide anything. Two materials do that work in different ways: living cells, and the tiny particles those cells release. Here is what each one is, and which one our clinic uses.
Mesenchymal stem cells are studied less for becoming new tissue and more for what they release. Cells release biological signals that influence the cells around them, called paracrine signalling. Those signals can influence how the immune system and the inflammatory response behave in the surrounding tissue, known as immunomodulation. That signalling is the mechanism most current research centres on, and it is the biology our medical team works from when a plan is built.
Our clinic works with mesenchymal stromal cells from Wharton's jelly — the gelatinous tissue inside the umbilical cord — donated after a healthy birth with written maternal consent. It is a young, perinatal source that expands readily in culture, so every batch is characterised and release-tested before it reaches a patient. Our medical team will explain the preparation, the dose and the route chosen for your plan.
Conceptual biological films. They illustrate how these materials are described, not a treatment or its result.
Compare stem cells and exosomesOur regenerative medicine program covers cell and exosome-based treatments, several administration routes and supportive options. Your plan brings one material and one route together for a single clinical rationale.

The biological material itself: what it is, where it comes from and how it is prepared.
How a treatment is given. The route shapes the plan, the clinic days and the monitoring around them.

Medical case review
Send your diagnosis, your recent reports and your goals. Our medical team reads them properly and replies with the treatment options that may fit your case — and tells you plainly if we do not think treatment is the right step for you.

Regenerative medicine treatments are planned individually. Responses vary and no clinical outcome can be guaranteed. Suitability is confirmed only after medical review, and treatment is planned alongside your existing care.

Three short sections
Preparing the secure medical case-review form...
Yes. Our regenerative medicine program is built around patients who travel to Istanbul from abroad, and your case review is completed remotely before any travel is planned.
Send your diagnosis, recent specialist reports, imaging, laboratory results and medication list through the case-review form. Our medical team reviews the information and replies with the treatment options that may fit your case.
Regenerative medicine is planned around goals rather than guarantees. The mesenchymal stromal cells we use, taken from Wharton's jelly inside a donated umbilical cord, are studied mainly for the biological signals they release and for their influence on the immune and inflammatory response. That is the rationale your plan is built on. Responses vary between people and no clinical outcome can be guaranteed.
After the medical review. Once our medical team has proposed a plan, you receive the treatment options, the schedule and the pricing in writing, with time to ask questions before you decide.
That depends on the material, the administration route and the monitoring your plan involves. The clinic days and the suggested length of stay are confirmed in writing before you book travel.
You leave with written post-treatment instructions and a point of contact for follow-up questions. Your treatment is planned alongside the care you already receive from your own doctors.
