1. Information you choose to provide

The case-review form may collect your name, email address, phone number, age, country of residence, medical condition, treatment history, visit preferences, questions, and any files you choose to attach. We also record the page and campaign parameters connected with the submission so we can understand where the inquiry came from. Do not submit information that is unrelated to your request.

2. Why the information is used

We use the information to receive and organize your inquiry, check whether more context is needed, respond using the contact details you provide, and maintain an operational record of the request. Submitting the form does not create a doctor-patient relationship or confirm treatment availability or suitability. We do not sell or rent the information you submit.

3. How a case-review submission is handled

The form is transmitted to a Supabase server function and delivered through Resend to the designated case-review email inbox. A separate receipt email may be queued to the address you provide. Authorized service providers process only the data needed to perform those functions. Email and internet transmission carry inherent risks, so upload only relevant records and keep your own copies.

4. WhatsApp, phone, and email

WhatsApp is intended for general or travel questions, not medical reports or sensitive details. Information you send through WhatsApp is processed under WhatsApp's privacy terms. Calls and direct emails are handled through the relevant communications providers. Using any of these channels is optional.

5. Cookies and measurement

This application does not currently run advertising pixels or marketing analytics. Basic technical logs may still be generated by hosting, security, and delivery providers to operate and protect the service. If non-essential analytics or advertising tools are added, this notice and any required consent controls should be updated before those tools are enabled.

6. Retention and deletion

Inquiry data is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, maintain appropriate operational or legal records, and resolve disputes. Copies may remain for a limited period in email systems, delivery logs, or provider backups. You may request deletion, although some records may need to be retained when required by applicable law.

7. Your choices and rights

  • Ask what personal information is held about you
  • Request correction of inaccurate information
  • Request deletion or restriction where applicable
  • Withdraw consent for future processing
  • Object to or ask questions about how your information is handled

8. Applicable data-protection law

Stem Cell Clinic Istanbul handles privacy requests with regard to applicable data-protection rules, which may include Turkey's Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK, Law No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The exact rights and legal basis depend on your location and the circumstances of the processing.

9. Patients under 18

A parent or legal guardian must submit a request for a patient under 18 and confirm that authority in the form. Children should not submit personal or medical information themselves. Additional verification may be requested before an inquiry is discussed.

10. Privacy contact

For access, correction, deletion, consent, or other privacy questions, email info@stemcellclinicistanbul.com. Include enough information to identify the relevant inquiry, but do not attach additional medical records to a privacy request unless asked.
