Anti-Aging Stem Cell Therapy in Istanbul, Turkey

How our medical team builds a longevity plan around a health review and defined goals, and what each component of a program actually involves.

Understanding Anti-Aging and Longevity

Ageing is not one process, and it is not a diagnosis. The things people come to us wanting - steadier energy, sharper focus, better recovery after training, firmer skin, denser hair - have causes that differ from person to person, and some of them are ordinary medical findings: an underactive thyroid, low ferritin, poor sleep quality, an untreated metabolic problem. A longevity plan that skips the health review is a package, not a plan.

Our program brings together interventions that are often sold as one thing but are biologically distinct. Intravenous mesenchymal stromal cells from Wharton's jelly - the gelatinous tissue inside a donated umbilical cord - are living cells, studied for the signals they release and their interaction with inflammatory pathways; being a young perinatal source that expands readily in culture, each batch is characterised and release-tested before it is used. Exosomes are tiny particles released by cells that carry biological messages, called extracellular vesicles. NAD+ is a molecule central to how cells produce energy. Facial and scalp injections are aesthetic procedures with their own reasoning. Our medical team explains each separately and prices each separately, because combining them does not combine their evidence.

A longevity case review starts with a baseline: bloods, metabolic and cardiovascular risk, sleep, body composition, medication and supplements, family history, and the goals you actually care about. Where something treatable turns up, treating it comes first. Where a regenerative plan is appropriate, the aim may focus on the specific goals you named, measured with the same baseline markers afterwards - and our team will say when sleep, training and nutrition would do more for you than an infusion. Send recent blood results and the goals that matter to you to open a longevity case review.

How Anti-Aging and Longevity Can Affect Daily Life

Symptoms, severity and progression vary from person to person. Our medical team uses this kind of detail as context for your case review; it is not a diagnostic checklist. Diagnosis, and any change in your symptoms, belong with the clinician who knows your medical history.

  • Reduced energy, stamina, or recovery after exertion
  • Skin showing fine lines, loss of firmness, dullness, or uneven tone
  • Thinning hair, reduced density, or a tired-looking scalp
  • Slower mental clarity, focus dips, or general feeling of running on empty
  • Slower healing, longer recovery from training or stress
  • A sense that your body is no longer responding the way it used to

Longevity is built across connected systems

A useful longevity conversation is about healthspan, preventable risk, function, and habits you can sustain. The visual shows those systems as one connected picture.

What healthspan means
Mobility, cognition, cardiovascular and metabolic health, independence, and wellbeing are what a longevity plan works on.
Foundational drivers
Exercise, nutrition, sleep, vaccination, screening, social connection, and avoiding tobacco carry established value.
Measure what changes decisions
Blood pressure, lipids, glucose, strength, fitness, body composition, symptoms, and family history set practical priorities.

Why Regenerative Medicine Is Being Studied in Anti-Aging

These are the biological mechanisms researchers are investigating. A mechanism is a reason to study a treatment, not a promise of benefit for an individual patient. Our medical team will explain how much of this research applies to your own diagnosis.

  • Intravenous Wharton's jelly MSCs are living cells, studied for the signals they release and their interaction with inflammatory pathways
  • Exosomes are tiny particles released by cells that carry biological messages, called extracellular vesicles
  • NAD+ is a molecule central to cellular energy production, and an infusion of it is a separate intervention with its own reasoning
  • Facial and scalp injections are aesthetic procedures assessed and planned on their own terms
  • Combining several interventions makes any change harder to attribute, so a plan states what is being tested and how
  • The aim may focus on the goals you name, measured against baseline results rather than impressions

Research maturity

What the Research Currently Shows for Anti-Aging

How far published research has travelled for each approach, from laboratory work through to established standard care. It describes the maturity of the evidence, not how well any option works and not what to expect in an individual case.

  1. 01Laboratory and animal work
  2. 02Early human studies
  3. 03Controlled trials under way
  4. 04Established standard of care
  • Blood pressure, lipid and glucose control, activity, sleep and smoking cessation

The interventions with established evidence for health and survival in later life.

    Established standard of care

  • Systemic cell or exosome infusion for anti-ageing

The rationale rests on laboratory and animal work. No controlled human trial has shown that an infusion slows ageing or extends life.

An illustration made for this page, not footage of a patient, a procedure or a laboratory result. It shows the repair researchers are investigating in connective tissue, not a change that has been demonstrated in patients and not an outcome any individual should expect.

Your case review

How Our Medical Team Reviews Your Case

Your review starts with the confirmed diagnosis, recent reports and imaging, current treatment, medical history, and the outcome that matters most to you. Not everyone is suitable for regenerative medicine, and our team will say so when the care you already receive is the better route.

  • Adults with specific, nameable goals rather than a wish to turn the clock back
  • A baseline health review: bloods, metabolic and cardiovascular risk, sleep and body composition
  • Willingness to treat what the review finds - thyroid, iron, vitamin D, sleep apnoea - first
  • A full medication and supplement list, with any cancer, infection or clotting history disclosed
  • Pregnancy status and plans discussed, since they change what is appropriate
  • A complete written plan received and understood before travel is arranged

How Treatment for Anti-Aging Is Planned at Our Istanbul Clinic

The path international patients follow with us, from the first review of your records to follow-up after you return home. The exact steps depend on what your medical review finds.

Send your medical records

Recent reports, imaging, your current medication, and what you hope treatment will help with. It lets our medical team make the review specific to you.

Start your case review
  1. Send your medical records

Your case review starts with the confirmed diagnosis, recent reports and imaging, current medications, previous procedures and the outcomes that matter most to you. Everything can be sent digitally from home, long before travel is discussed.

  2. Case review by our medical team

Our medical team reads the file against your diagnosis, disease stage, imaging, laboratory results, current treatment and any contraindications, then decides whether regenerative medicine is appropriate for you and which goals are realistic to discuss.

  3. Your written treatment plan

When treatment is appropriate, you receive the plan in writing: the cell material and how it is prepared, the dose, the route of administration, the number of sessions, the monitoring involved and an itemized cost with no assumed extras.

  4. Your treatment in Istanbul

On arrival our team repeats the checks that matter for your case, confirms the plan with you, and carries out treatment under medical supervision with an observation period afterwards. Your coordinator handles scheduling, timings and what each day involves.

  5. Follow-up and monitoring

Before you fly home we agree what will be measured, when it will be reviewed and how to reach us. Follow-up continues remotely and can be shared with your own doctors, so your treatment plan and your local care stay aligned.

Your treatment plan

What Our Medical Team Explains Before You Decide

"Stem cells" and "exosomes" name a category, not a specific product. What matters in your plan is the source of the material, how it was prepared, the route and the dose, the clinical setting, and why you were considered suitable. Our medical team sets each of those out for the treatment being proposed to you.

We plan treatment alongside the care you already receive, so keep your own clinician involved and record a clear baseline before you travel. For the practical side, read the Istanbul treatment trip guide and the cost guide, then ask us for an itemized estimate.

  1. Which published research applies to your diagnosis and to the route we propose.
  2. Where the biological material comes from, how it is prepared, and how it is documented.
  3. The possible side effects and the contraindications that apply to your procedure.
  4. Which functional outcome is measured before treatment and again at follow-up.
  5. How treatment sits alongside your existing care, including the option of not treating.
  6. Who to contact about follow-up, or about a complication, once you are home.
  7. What your estimate includes and excludes, and what is due before you travel.

Anti-Aging and Longevity: Questions Patients Ask Us

What does the anti-aging and longevity program in Istanbul include?

It is built from your review rather than sold as a fixed bundle. The written plan names each component - IV Wharton's jelly MSCs, an exosome product, NAD+, or an aesthetic injection - with its source, dose, route, session count, monitoring and cost stated individually, so you can see exactly what you are agreeing to and remove anything you do not want.

What does a longevity program cost in Istanbul, Turkey?

Each component is priced on its own line: the NAD+ infusion, the extracellular vesicle product, the cell dose and any facial or scalp procedure. Our patient coordination team quotes them separately on purpose, because a larger bundle is a larger bill rather than a stronger plan.

Why Wharton's jelly stem cells rather than my own cells?

Wharton's jelly is the gelatinous tissue inside the umbilical cord, donated after a healthy birth with written maternal consent from material that would otherwise be discarded. It is a young perinatal source rather than adult bone marrow or fat, it expands readily in culture so each batch is characterised and release-tested in advance, and its low-immunogenicity profile is why this source is studied for use between unrelated people. Nothing has to be harvested from you, and our medical team explains why the material in your plan was selected for your case.

What is the difference between IV stem cells and IV exosomes?

MSCs are living cells that release signals in the body; exosomes are the vesicles that carry such signals and contain no whole cells. They differ in how they are manufactured, stored, dosed and administered. Our team treats them as two separate interventions, and receiving both is two decisions rather than one.

What does NAD+ actually do?

NAD+ is a molecule cells use in energy metabolism, and levels of it change with age - which is where the interest comes from. An intravenous infusion of it is its own intervention, with its own rationale, its own infusion effects and its own cost, and our medical team discusses it on that basis rather than as part of a cell plan.

How do facial and scalp injections fit in?

They are aesthetic procedures, assessed by examining the skin or scalp first. Our team looks at what is actually causing the concern - sun damage, volume loss, a scalp condition, iron deficiency - and will say when a dermatology treatment would serve you better than an injection.

Who is not a candidate for a longevity program?

Active infection, an uncontrolled medical condition, pregnancy, a current or recent cancer, and certain clotting or immune conditions are all reasons our medical team may advise against treatment or ask for specialist clearance first. Being healthy is not the same as being suitable, and the review exists to establish which.

How is a longevity plan reviewed afterwards?

Against the baseline it started from. The markers measured at the beginning are repeated at an agreed interval, alongside your own account of energy, sleep, recovery and the goals you set. Where nothing has moved, our team says so and discusses whether continuing is worth it.

How long do international patients stay in Istanbul for a longevity program?

It depends on how many components the plan includes and how much monitoring each requires. Our patient coordination team confirms the schedule, the daily timings, the observation periods and the departure date in writing before you book, along with what is included in the stay.

How do I start a longevity case review?

Send recent blood results, your medication and supplement list, any relevant medical history and the goals you care about most. Our medical team reviews them and comes back with an assessment of what is worth addressing first - which is sometimes something simpler and cheaper than the program you were expecting.
