When will I hear back from your team?
Our patient coordination team acknowledges your request and tells you whether anything is missing. The medical review itself takes longer for complex cases. Sending complete records first is the quickest way to a clear answer.
What should I send with my request?
Your diagnosis, recent specialist reports, imaging summaries, current medication, previous treatment, other relevant health conditions and the goals you want your treatment plan to address.
Can I start without travelling to Istanbul?
Yes. Your medical consultation and case review are remote. You receive the proposed treatment plan and schedule in writing from home, and travel to Istanbul only once you have decided to go ahead.
Do I need to choose a treatment first?
No. Our medical team proposes the cell source, preparation, dose and delivery route after reading your records. You can ask us to explain why each part of the plan was chosen for your case.
Is this form for urgent medical concerns?
No. We are not an emergency service. If your symptoms are urgent or worsening quickly, contact local emergency care or the clinician responsible for your current treatment.
